This is a unique opportunity to test yourself on our 4 Day Munro Bagging extravaganza traversing the remote and high mountains and ridges which surround Loch Mullardoch and Loch Affric, whilst summiting up to 12 Munros.

The route follows the main ridges which form a unique and wild area of significant mountain summits, many over 1000 metres. This includes Carn Eighe which is only one of 3 mountains in the UK which has a prominence of more than 1000 metres. Clear views can be stunning on this route, with vistas across to Torridon and Kintail.

Starting at the eastern end of Loch Mullardoch and at the top of Glen Cannich this lightweight 4 Day Trek includes 3 over night wild camps.

Over the 4 Days we will make our way generally across the main ridges of the northern Mullardoch mountains before descending to the western end of the Loch. The route will continue on its full circuit south and then east over the summits to the south of Loch Mullardoch. This route may change in relation to local conditions at the time of the Trek.

This is definitely a Trek for experienced hill walkers. Days will be demanding, with distances travelled varying from 13 kms to 15 kms per day. Total distance over the 4 Days will be around 56 kms including nearly 5000 metres of ascent. Obviously a very good level of mountain fitness and stamina will be required for those intending to participate. The Expedition will take in a variety of environments ranging from easy paths to trackless mountain terrain, including boulder fields, mild scrambling and river crossings. Wild camps will be in very isolated and remote mountain locations.

We will have back up plans for inclement weather and impassable river crossings. However, please be aware that if conditions are really poor we will cancel. In the event of this you will get a full refund. Where possible we will also look to reschedule and give you first choice in signing up to any new dates. Please read carefully our Terms and Conditions for further information and before signing up for this Trek.
